Improving My Holistic Capabilities

Being a healthy person physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and spirituality give that person a more good things in life, and boost their developments. In terms of physical appearance, I started to do some home workouts since the pandemic started. I got motivated to gain muscles and improve my body because I saw my previous pictures (especially from Elementary up to Junior High) that I was so very thin and always weighing under weight. Also, to have more confidence in front of many people, I do workout to build up a great body appearance. Meanwhile on my mental capacity, I just do relaxation, meditation, and trying to stay away on the things that are stressful. Emotionally, I try to become strong as always and try to handle the emotions I have most of the times. In terms of social capability, I just need to improve my self-confidence and enhance my communication skills whenever I talked and faced in front of many people. Intellectually, I try ko explore new things that added to my knowledge, and learning new set of informations that helps me to sustain a good academic performances. Lastly is spiritually, I became more engaged to God by praying everyday, being thankful for all the blessings he gave, and requesting a good life safely at all times. Sooner or later, I will see my improvements in any aspects that generates a complete system in my life. It is possible to happen!
